The hotel's convenient location, just minutes away from the venue, made our stay effortless. We ended up extending our stay by a night, thanks to the warm hospitality and the cozy rooms that offered premium bedding and modern amenities. The complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel was a lifesaver, especially with a large group of around 30 family members staying there. Everyone enjoyed the daily continental breakfast with a variety of options, from fresh fruits to delectable pastries. the staff went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience for all of us. Although the AC in our room had a minor issue, it was promptly addressed by the attentive housekeeping staff. the hotel's restaurant, El General, served delicious international cuisine, perfect for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. In conclusion, Hotel Alameda Express provided a delightful retreat for our group, filled with great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're in town for a special event or simply exploring the natural wonders nearby, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable stay in Matamoros.
